Effects of norepinephrine and serotonin increase induced by acupuncture stimulation on the Nitric oxide synthesis

Abstract
|
|
|
We examined that the effects of norepinephrine and serotonin change induced by acupuncture stimulation on the nitric oxide synthesis in the C6-glial cell and A7r5 smooth muscle cell.
The obtained results are summarized as follows:
1. When PMA, LPS are controlled independently, Nitric oxide is not synthesized.
2. When PMA and LPS are controlled together, Nitric oxide is synthesized in the C6-glial cell and A7r5 smooth muscle cell.
3. Effect of norepinephrine on PMA and LPS controlled together group in C6-glial cell decrease the nitric oxide synthesis.
4. Effect of serotonin on PMA and LPS controlled together group in A7r5 smooth muscle cell increase the nitric oxide synthesis.
